Measurable
The exact amount of CO₂ our DAC systems capture is precisely metered and measured.

Modular DAC
The first DAC system designed for mass production
Each Leo Series DAC module is the size of a standard shipping container and capable of capturing over 500 tons of carbon dioxide (CO₂) from the atmosphere each year. Modules can be connected in arrays to capture large volumes of CO₂.
Available to developers of carbon removal projects worldwide starting in 2025.
Leo SeriesWhat we do
Engineered atmospheric carbon removal
CarbonCapture’s DAC systems use solid sorbents that soak up atmospheric carbon dioxide when cooled and release it when heated. The carbon dioxide thus captured can then be permanently stored underground or used to make sustainable fuels, low-carbon concrete, carbon black, or other valuable industrial products.
Our technology
Our modular open system architecture (MOSA)
Our DAC system are deeply modular, consisting of components designed for high volume manufacturing that stack in nested tiers so that innovation can occur within a level without requiring adjustments to other levels. This approach allows for incremental upgrades, minimizing obsolescence risk and speeding up development cycles.
U.S. deployments
We not only design and manufacture modular DAC systems – we also deploy them at our carbon removal projects. This hands-on approach allows us to continuously improve our system’s efficiency, maintainability, and ease of deployment.

Innisfail, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - October 24, 2025) - True North Carbon, the Canadian subsidiary of U.S. direct air capture (DAC)...

True North Carbon to Launch Tamarack, Canada’s Largest Single-Technology Direct Air Capture Deployment, Supporting Alberta’s Leadership in Carbon Management. The facility, developed with technology from leading direct air capture (DAC) company CarbonCapture Inc., will capture up to 2,000 tonnes of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) annually and pioneer a new era of commercial-scale carbon removal in Canada.

CarbonCapture Inc. secures $10M DOE funding for its Northwest Louisiana DAC Hub, advancing large-scale direct air capture and sustainable aviation fuel.

ASU receives $11.2M from DOE to establish a DAC Hub with CarbonCapture's advanced systems, driving scalable and impactful carbon removal solutions.

As we enter the holiday season, I want to take a moment to reflect on what’s been a pivotal year for us at CarbonCapture. We’ve made tremendous strides toward realizing our vision of scaling direct air capture technology.

CarbonCapture Inc. (CarbonCapture), a leading developer of direct air capture technology, today made public their multi-year collaboration with the Georgia Institute of Technology’s (Georgia Tech) to develop advanced structured sorbents to increase efficiency for direct air capture (DAC). Since 2022, CarbonCapture and Georgia Tech have partnered on the development and testing of innovative materials designed to economically capture and remove large quantities of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO₂).
The gold standard
We create high-quality carbon removal credits by combining atmospheric carbon removal with permanent geological storage.
The exact amount of CO₂ our DAC systems capture is precisely metered and measured.
For each carbon removal credit we deliver, we provide a complete third-party verification report.
The CO₂ we capture is securely locked away for more than 1,000 years in deep saline aquifers via Class VI injection wells.
Without your financial support, DAC carbon removal wouldn't otherwise occur. They’re 100% additional.
